Ritzville Police Report

Aug. 16, 12:40 a.m. Sergeant Mark Cameron responded to the 400 block of West Eighth Avenue for a welfare check. According to the reporting party, a woman had taken a large number of pills. The female subject told Cameron they had taken 80 pills of some kind. Cameron convinced her to let him drive her to the hospital. He later returned to the residence, at the emergency room doctor’s request, to search for an empty pill bottle. Cameron located a prescription bottle and took it to the hospital.
