Dorothy Fenger Tufts

Dorothy (Fenger) Tufts died July 28, 2011, at Promise Hospital in Mesa, Ariz., due to respiratory failure.

She was born Jan. 24, 1921, at Lothair, Mont., the daughter of Fred and Marie Fenger. She graduated from high school in Galata, Mont., and worked as a cashier in the local store. She married John Tufts on Nov. 16, 1944, in Trinity Lutheran Church in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

She was a housewife, mother and wife who kept the records for the family electrical and refrigeration business.
