Lind wastewater facility qualifies for financial hardship status, receives state funding

The Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) has offered $111 million in grants and loans to many cities, counties, tribes and other organizations working to improve and protect water quality in Washington.

The spending from dedicated environmental accounts was approved by the Legislature as part of the 2011-13 state biennial budget.
