Everyone invited to Luminaria Ceremony Friday night at 10 p.m.

Community members, visitors, friends and relatives are invited to attend a special Luminaria Ceremony this Friday night during the American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Ritzville. It’s a time to remember those lost to cancer and honor those who have survived. Luminaria will be lit at 10 p.m.

“Each luminaria represents the life of someone who has battled cancer. It is a beautiful sight when all the bags with candles are illuminated around the track,” said Lavonne Saunders, former volunteer luminaria chair.
