Reader notes accessibility to hospital district documents difficult without a computer

To the Editor:

I have a couple comments on the hospital. I do not have a computer and websites so I cannot refer to hospital or Journal sites. I also do not drive to get to the hospital to see information. Also, why are the sites considered for the new hospital kept a “secret?”
