Ice cream highlights afternoon social Sunday

One and all are invited to enjoy an afternoon at the Ritzville City Park as the Ritzville Ministerial Association hosts its annual ice cream social this Sunday, July 31, beginning at 4 p.m.

The afternoon includes special music by Q Factor, a recently formed barbershop quartet that practices in Ritzville.

Rounding out the day is free ice cream and toppings provided by the RMA....
