Amy Dawn Cerrillo pled guilty to one count of first-degree theft in a case filed on Jan. 7, 2011. Judge Richard W. Miller in Adams County Superior Court sentenced Cerrillo to 17 months in the custody of the Department of Corrections (DOC) with credit for time previously served. Cerrillo is responsible to pay $500 victim assessment, $200 clerk’s filing fee, $30 sheriff’s fee, $350 attorney fees and $500 fine.
