Salvador Alvarez Alvarez pled guilty to one count of intimidating a witness and one count of stalking in a case filed on Nov. 10, 2010. Judge Richard W. Miller sentenced Alvarez to 60 days in jail, which may be served by Electronic Home Detention (EHD). Alvarez is responsible to pay $500 crime victim compensation, $200 filing fee, $202.50 service fees, $350 court-appointed attorney, $500 fine and $100 DNA fee.
