Ritzville student receives EWU scholarship

Mark Balfe of Ritzville has been awarded $3,000 through the Trustees fund for the 2011-12 academic year at Eastern Washington University.

The award is given to a student who maintains a 3.8-plus grade point average and is a continuing EWU student.
