    OTHELLO —An Odessa-Soap Lake area cowboy took home all-around honors from the Othello PRCA rodeo Friday and Saturday, Sept. 13 and 14. Caleb McMillan took home $998 after competing in bull riding, tie-down roping and steer wrestling. McMillan was fifth in steer wrestling with a time of 6.3 seconds, good enough for an $817 takehome.     SPRAGUE — A former local resident has petitioned Lincoln County Superior Court to seal the court record on his conviction in an attempted kidnapping of a 22-month-old child. James R. Stocker, 25, of Spokane, was scheduled to be in court Sept. 3 on his request to seal the record of his conviction when he was a minor in Sprague. In 2015, when Stocker was a teenager, he pleaded guilty to second-degree kidnapping and was sentenced to juvenile detention.     SPRAGUE — Three North Carolina men were injured in a one-vehicle crash Wednesday, Aug. 14 on Interstate 90. The crash at Milepost 240 occurred at 11:18 a.m., the Washington State Patrol reported.     SPRAGUE — One woman was injured in a crash one mile east of the city early Monday, June 17. According to a press release from Washington State Patrol, Burnadette C. Yates, 25, of Moxee, was injured and airlifted to a Spokane medical center after the green 2001 Toyota Tacoma she was driving left the roadway on Interstate 90 eastbound at Milepost 246.
