    ODESSA – The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Broncos opened the boys baseball season sweeping neighboring Odessa in a doubleheader Saturday, March 19. According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision occurred around 6:20 PM, when a Kenworth tractor-trailer driven by Scott A.     RITZVILLE – In two unrelated incidents, Thursday, Jan. 27, troopers from the local detachment of the Washington State Patrol rescued injured birds of prey. According to the patrol, Trooper Tylock located and captured an injured owl on the side of Interstate 90 near the city.
