Brian Jedediah Sumner, 45, is was booked into the jail Oct. 8 on three counts of first-degree assault, third-degree assault, obstructing a public servant, resisting arrest and felony eluding.     SPRAGUE — A “peck” on the lips between a local teenage boy and an 11-year-old girl Aug. 20 led to a sex crime charge. The 16-year-old Sprague boy was arraigned Oct. 8 in Lincoln County Superior Court for fourth-degree assault with sexual motivation, a gross misdemeanor. He was released to the custody of his guardian and is prohibited from traveling outside of Lincoln and Spokane counties.     SPRAGUE — A Spokane Valley man was killed in an early morning crash Saturday, Sept. 28, on Interstate 90. Craig E. Richardt, 61, of Spokane Valley, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at 4:42 a.m. near Milepost 236. According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash occurred about 11 miles west of Sprague, near the south end of Sprague Lake in Adams County. Lloyd O.
