    Educators and alumni will gather for Lind High School’s 48th annual banquet on Saturday, May 11, in the renamed Lind-Ritzville Middle school gymnasium. The Ritzville Adams County Journal is scheduled to take honored class photographs prior to the start of the banquet.     Harrington author David Michaelson has received two additional awards for his science fiction genre. At a recent convention for the Military’s Writers Society of America, Michaelson’s science fiction trilogy received an Honorable Mention for the first book, “The Centauri Intervention.” The sequel, “Bittersweet Colony,” was awarded First Runner Up during the convention in Dayton, Ohio.
