In the middle of a blustery winter, Ritzville has gained a restaurant on Main Avenue sure to warm anyone up on a cold day. Soup It Up officially opened its doors last Monday, Dec. 16, to welcome visitors indoors to warm up with a steaming hot bowl of homemade soup and baked goods. The restaurant is open Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Four homemade soups are served daily, and paired with a variety of freshly made breads.
