July 20, 1:11 p.m.- While on Patrol Sgt. Mark Cameron stopped Regan Flowers for a traffic violation. It was found that Flowers had an outstanding warrant in Spokane County. She was arrested and booked into the Adams County Jail. July 20, 5:58 p.m.- A complainant on West Main Avenue advised that two juveniles had sprayed oil all over the front of their building after the told the juveniles to leave. Officer Matt Carlson and Sgt Cameron contacted the complainant and the juveniles. Both admitted some responsibility to the mess....
