    The results are in from the recent Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over DUI enforcement campaign conducted from Nov. 21 through Jan. 1, 2013. In Grant and Adams counties, 78 motorists were stopped and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI), and statewide, law enforcement officers arrested 3,446 drivers for DUI.     Excessive speed caused a single vehicle rollover accident on State Route 395, leaving one injured. The accident occurred five miles south of Ritzville on Jan. 11 at 8:50 a.m. Kimberlee Ruth, 22, was traveling northbound on 395 when she lost control of the vehicle and crossed into the median, rolling one time.     Ritzville Police have arrested two men, one a juvenile, for a string of car prowls. On Dec. 27, suspects accessed at least three vehicles and removed items from at least one car.
