    Joe C. Sanchez died at the age of 53 on Sept. 23 after a long battle with liver disease. He spent his final days surrounded by friends and loved ones. He was born on April 19, 1960, to Joe Sr. and Agnes Sanchez in Raton, N.M. He lived in New Mexico with his family and six siblings until moving to Oregon, and then to Washington.     Judge Brian H. Miller, a longtime attorney and Adams County Superior Court Judge, died at the age of 65 on Saturday, Sept. 28. He served as Superior Court Judge until his untimely death, after a valiant battle against cancer. He was born on April 6, 1948, to W. Walters and Erma Strate Miller in Spokane.     The Trinity United Methodist Church (TUMC) is celebrating the church’s 125th anniversary on Sunday, Nov. 3. Founded in November 1888 by nine charter members, the church building originally housed the Methodist Episcopal Church of Ritzville. Immediately proceeding the regular church service at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 3, TUMC members are hosting a luncheon in the church’s social room.
