    The Caring Neighbors board recently donated $1,400 to the Ritzville Elementary School. The donated money will be used to help fund the Raising a Reader program at the Preschool at Ritzville Elementary. New books have been ordered to fulfill the needs of the increasing numbers of preschool students.
