    ODESSA — The annual Deutchesfest celebration is expected to draw runners to town Saturday, Sept. 16. That’s when the annual Deutchesfest Fun Run/Walk is set. The event begins with registration from 7:45-8:15 a.m. in the town park. The race starts at 8:30 a.m. Runners will have a choice of distances; a 5K run/walk and a 10K run are planned.     RITZVILLE – The 9th Legislative District senator pleaded not guilty Thursday, Sept. 12, on a charge of driving while under the influence of alcohol.     OTHELLO —An Odessa-Soap Lake area cowboy took home all-around honors from the Othello PRCA rodeo Friday and Saturday, Sept. 13 and 14.
