Police Chief David McCormick responded to the 600 block of South Palouse Street but was unable to find anyone with information regarding who had been using the garbage can.     Second Harvest in partnership with WSU Extension Food $ense Program will offer a mobile food bank this Wednesday, July 20, beginning at 11 a.m. and continuing until 1 p.m. at the Consolidated Grange Supply building in Lind. Produce and perishable products will be available at no charge for one and all at 318 West First Street, rain or shine. No appointment or documentation is necessary to participate.
