    A private burial for Jane Allen Fitzgerald was held May 11 in Washtucna Pioneer Cemetery and some ashes were spread in Kodiak, Alaska, where Jane and her husband resided and fished. Jane was born Aug. 9, 1950 to parents Amos and Bessie Allen. Jane grew up on a wheat farm in Washtucna helping on the farm. She was active in the 4-H horse club in Kahlotus.
