    GRANDVIEW — A Washtucna man was arrested for hit-and-run after his vehicle was struck on Interstate 82 about two miles west of the Grandview late last night, July 9. Salvador Munoz-Gonzalez, 43, of Washtucna, is facing a possible charge of hit-and-run.     LIND — Avista customers in Lind, Ritzville and Washtucna were brought back in service after an early morning outage Thursday, July 9. David Vowels said approximately 1800 customers lost power just before 2 a.m., due to substation equipment failure at the Lind substation.
