    May 14, 7:33 p.m. – Dispatch advised of a noise complaint in the 100 block of West Main Avenue. Officer Tom Gracie responded and contacted the complainant who stated the residents living upstairs were playing music loudly. Officer Gracie attempted to contact the residents by knocking on the door. After several minutes of knocking, no one answered. Prior to leaving, Officer Gracie heard the music turn down.     May 4, 11:13 a.m. – Adams County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance at the jail for possession of contraband by an inmate. Deputy Jeffrey Lane responded and assisted as needed. Jail found methamphetamine. May 3, 10:12 p.m. – Ritzville complainant advised they are receiving belligerent calls from a subject that wants a tow put cannot pay, but the vehicle is in the ditch in the area of East Sackman Road and North Newland Road.
