Tanner Phillip Clouse was born on April 8, 1993, in Richland to loving parents Trevis and Monica Clouse and grandparents Phillip Clouse and Sharon Clouse. The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Lady Broncos ran past St. George’s girl’s team to win the 2015 2B State Champions title. The LRS girls won the state meet at Eastern Washington University with 74 points, narrowly defeating St. George’s with 71 points. Tommi Sue Swannack, a sophomore student at Sprague High School has earned a position on the Washington State National High School Rodeo team. Swannack will travel with fellow teammates to Rock Springs, Wyoming, July 12-18 to compete at the 67th Annual National High School Finals Rodeo (NHSFR) in the goat tying and light rifle competitions.
