    Richard (Dick) Howard Baumann died peacefully in his home in Spokane on Sunday, May 18, with his family by his side. He was born July 28, 1923, in Ritzville to John and Floss Baumann, joining his brother Jack.     Barney Streeter, 90, died on May 12 at the Hospice House of Spokane with his two daughters by his side. He was born to Ralph and Mary Streeter in Astoria, Ore., on June 10, 1923, and was raised in Ritzville. He was a graduate of the class of 1941 from Ritzville High School. Barney was very proud of his service in WWII with the 6th Infantry in the 1st Armored Division in North Africa, Italy, France, and Germany.     The LRS Broncos competed in the NE 2B District Meet on May 20 at Whitworth University and had eight athletes earn the right to compete at the 2B State Championship meet on May 30-31. Individually, Ryan Whitmore is making a return trip to state in both of the hurdle races after placing first in both races at the district meet.
