In addition to the Lind-Ritzville FFA Agronomy team that qualified to compete at the National FFA Convention this fall, two Lind-Ritzville teams have also earned an opportunity to represent the local chapter at Nationals. The float preview will take place on Thursday, May 19, at dusk or 8 p.m. on Main Avenue. The float this year is themed “Mayan Paradise” and it will do two loops on Main Avenue. The Lind-Ritzville High School band will be there as well to entertain the crowd. The preview will take place in rain or shine and if it is raining residents are welcome to go to the Festivals Building located on Railroad Avenue to view the float there.
