    DAVENPORT - Eight teams converged on Davenport for a track and field event, with Lind-Ritzville-Sprague-Washtucna taking fifth place for the girls' team and seventh place for the boys' team.     RITZVILLE - Quarter Midget Racing is coming to Ritzville. Amber Geary said approval from the fairgrounds and the Quarter Midget Racing Association was received to build a track above the Wheat Land Fairgrounds. Geary said they are in the process of finding funds and sponsorships, and hope to begin building the track this summer.     OLYMPIA - Gov. Jay Inslee today announced a two-week pause on movement in the Healthy Washington: Roadmap to Recovery reopening plan.     CHEWELAH – Golfers traveled to Chewelah, playing on two different courses based on the degree of difficulty of the 18-hole course over the simpler 9-hole course.     RITZVILLE – Sign-up for the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program 2 has been reopened as part of the Pandemic Assistance for Producers initiative, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency announced. The initial sign-up ended Dec. 11, 2020, but USDA has reopened it for at least 60 days beginning April 5, 2021, for producers to apply or make modifications to existing applications.
