    Lind Calvary Assembly of God is again sponsoring the Goodwill Truck in Lind on Saturday, April 30, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m, and Sunday, May 1, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The truck will be parked next to the Lutheran church at 120 West Third Street in Lind.     The Ritzville City Council meeting took place on April 5 and began with an hour-long executive session with Attorney Milt Rowland in regards to the Well 9 project. The meeting opened with Rowland asking the council to pass Resolution 2016-05, which outlines a declared emergency in which the citizens of Ritzville are in need of a reliable well before mid-summer.     Former United States Highway 10 is an east-west highway built in 1926. It was one of the original long-haul highways and originated in Detroit, Michigan and extended to Seattle.     The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Broncos track and field team traveled to Deer Park on April 1 to compete in the Deer Park Invitational. Both the boys and girls teams placed 14th, with the boys earning 18 points and the girls 24.
