    OTHELLO – A 4-year-old boy died Saturday afternoon, Feb. 27, after being shot in the head by his father. Felipe Tapia-Perez, 27, is being held in Adams County Jail faceing a possible charge of second-degree manslaughter, alien in possession of firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.
