    RITZVILLE – Fifteen volunteers gathered Feb. 26 at the American Legion Hall, 106 W. Broadway Ave., to repair U.S. flags ahead of Memorial Day. The flags are flown annually, Memorial Day weekend, at Ritzville Memorial Cemetery on Rosenoff Road, a half-mile west of the city limit.     I-90 crash leaves one injured SPRAGUE – One person was injured in a collision, Sunday, Feb. 27, Milepost 248 of Interstate 90. According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision occurred around 6:20 PM, when a Kenworth tractor-trailer driven by Scott A.
