    Richard Eugene Grams, age 60, died Jan. 5. Richard was born April, 8, 1953, the oldest of three children born to Ron and Claudia Eichner Grams. He graduated from Ritzville High School in 1971 then attended WSU and Grays Harbor Community College, where he earned a degree in fisheries and carpentry.     Valentine “Mae” Telecky, a lifelong resident of Ritzville, died at the age 93 on Sunday, Jan. 12, at the Life Care Center. She was born Feb. 14, 1920, to Edmond and Blanche (Maze) Meyer. After graduating from Ritzville High School in 1937, she stayed on the family farm to help her mother and in 1940, married Clyde Telecky.     Karen L. Talkington died Jan. 11 from a heart attack in Ritzville. Karen was born in Yakima on Sept. 2, 1955. Her family said she will be missed for her humor, laughter and love. Karen lived her life as she chose and was forever a free spirit. She loved birds and how free they were. She was proud of her Cherokee Indian heritage.     Alberta E. Baker died Jan. 7 at her home in Sequim, Wash. Alberta was born Sept. 6, 1940, to Clarence and Lula Strattonin in Mack, Wash., at home alongside the Union Pacific Railroad.
