    RITZVILLE – A local Sheriff's Office employee and emergency dispatcher died on the job last week. Kevin Swartz, a 48-year-old 911 dispatcher and records clerk, experienced a medical emergency while on duty at the Adams County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday, Oct. 12, officials said.     RITZVILLE – Clerk-Treasurer Julie Flyckt presented a memo outlining 2022 projected revenue during the Oct. 5 City Council meeting. The 2022 budget year is expected to be a combination of increased and decreased revenue, resulting in an estimated 2% increase from 2021.
