With the first year of the academic cooperative between the Lind and Ritzville School Districts complete, administrators and teachers are gearing up to make the second year even more successful. After the maintenance and operation (M&O) levy failed in Washtucna last year, the levy is again finding its way back to voters’ ballots for the upcoming Aug. 6 primary election.
