    Two months of hard work and dedication came to fruition on Sunday, Oct. 13, when Dana Telecky of Ritzville, ran her first half marathon in Seattle. Telecky completed the Biggest Loser Half Marathon with a time of 2:45.     The First Annual Inland Northwest Truck Show is set to fill the blacktop at the Post Falls Greyhound Park Event Center this weekend.     Derek Brown is completing his time at Union Elevator in Lind on a summer internship program through Gavilon Grain, LLC. Gavilon took ownership of Union Elevator in 2011 and oversees all operations under the brand.
