    SPOKANE -- Early primary election results Tuesday night, Aug. 4, indicate that incumbent Republican Rep. Jenny Graham should face Democrat challenger Tom McGarry in November's General Election in the race for the 6th District state Representative Position 2.     MEDICAL LAKE/FOUR LAKES -- Washington State Department of Transportation is alerting travelers using both directions of Interstate 90 near Exit 272 to be aware of overnight closures next week as work continues on the Medical Lake/State Route 902 interchange.
